The implant positions in the treatment are two straight implants at the front and two implants at a 45-degree angle in the back.
Zygoma Implants
Zygoma implants are a last resort and only used in unique cases when the patient doesn't have enough bone structure on the upper jaw. Depending on the patient’s case, we would insert 2-4 implants in the cheekbone. These implants are longer than standard implants, this provides more support from cheekbones to hold the dental bridge.
